We have a specific expert digital team who are based both in New Zealand and Australia. We are able to manage the full Digital program from web setup & maintenance through to communication through all social channels. Ensuring we deliver the Global brand voice in a local language is something that we have seen tremendous success with across all of our brands - delivering a solid ROAS while also building database and growing topline revenues. Because of the unique logistic challenges of managing eCommerce across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands the warehousing, shipping and costing process has to be managed very carefully. We work in partnership with experienced 3PL partners experienced in this area
Key Accounts
The Australasian region has a healthy mix of large premium Key Accounts, Independent Specialty and volume channels. Through our team of experienced key account managers, sales reps, agents and customer care specialists we have excellent relationships across all areas of the wholesale landscape. We work with our brands to establish an appropriate distribution strategy at the beginning of our partnership and execute accordingly. We would be happy to provide references on request
Marketing Support
As with sales and digital, we have a dedicated marketing team with many years of experience - both brand-side and distributor-side. This gives us the ability to understand exactly what the brand and consumer are looking for, while also delivering a commercially viable marketing support package for retailers.
3PL
We work in partnership with experienced Australasian distribution expert Ivenco to supply consumers and retailers across the region. As mentioned previously, because of the geographic challenges posed by the scale of Australasia it is important to have a logistics partner that can deliver excellent customer service.
